Introduction 
TfW continued to grow in 2019/20 and we’re now looking for a Brand Manager to champion and develop our brand, maintain brand integrity and deliver influential brand-building campaigns. With an eye for detail you’ll ensure that the integrity of TfW’s brand is maintained and that consistent and accurate brand activation maximises the impact of our brand.

Role responsibilities
You’ll build and champion TfW’s brand by implementing our long-term brand strategy to ensure we positively influence our key audiences and build TfW’s brand and reputation.
You’ll also implement our brand-building campaigns, scoping and developing creative/campaign briefs and developing a range of distinctive brand assets and engaging content.
As our brand guardian, you’ll own and build our brand guidelines to maintain the integrity of our brand.  You’ll also develop our visual identity and tone of voice and ensure that our brand is applied consistently and accurately.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a brand manager experienced in strategic brand and campaign development and an eye for detail to implement our long-term brand strategy.

You’ll need to have
•    A relevant degree, CIM Diploma or relevant experience.
•    Strategic brand development experience as well as experience in planning, managing and delivering strategic brand-building campaigns.
•    Experience of working in a highly scrutinised and political environment.
•    The ability to recognise that that TfW is a bilingual organisation and understand how this influences TfW’s brand.

Welsh language skills
The ability to speak Welsh would be a plus but not essential for this role.
