You’ll have the ability to shape the role in the long term and in the short term you’ll lead our continued development of our IT systems and processes to support our business effectiveness across our corporate and operational services.

Ultimately you’ll need to build an understanding of where we are heading, and make sure our IT is fit for purpose not just for now but ongoing for years into the future.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be a leader in the IT space, you’ll be able to influence board level Directors as well as colleagues and external stakeholders. Building and selling effective business cases will almost come as second nature, and you’ll be familiar with large complex IT systems.

You’ll need to be up-to-date with the latest technology and used to working in a complex and changing environment.

As a minimum requirement you’ll have:

o A professional and/or academic qualification in a relevant IT discipline

o Experience of developing and delivering a complex IT strategy

o Extensive knowledge of IT security & information security protocols, process, policies and standards
