Afternoon innovators.
There's been lots going on with the selection phase for our next accelerator programme almost finished. More on that in the coming weeks 💪.
For now, what a week we recently had, bringing together colleagues from commercial, network growth, marketing, sales and ticketing, as well as developers and data analysts from our partners in Amey Consulting.
We explored one of the fantastic ideas generated from our most recent Cinetig 3 hackathon winners, the Orange Bandits 😁.
The idea was all around event led ticketing and 2 weeks ago saw us host a 4 day design sprint to build on the work the Orange Bandits had already done in the hack.
Day 1 was all about exploring potential short and long term goals, a high level value proposition canvas and MoSCoW prioritisation matrix, identifying potential features over a multi phase release of a new product.
Day 2 was an exercise in creating a streamlined user test flow, rapid research, competitor analysis and insight / knowledge sharing. We also identified potential use cases to test a proof of concept. We measured these against our short and long term goals to help understand the feasibility of what we were looking to achieve.
Day 3 & 4 were then all about building out a wireframe / low fidelity prototype that we could show and tell in a presentation playback on the Thursday afternoon.
It was a fantastic week and just a great showcase of the agility we can work at in the lab when we collaborate and use creative design thinking processes.
