Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in the customer service industry and has worked in the UK and internationally across several sectors. Sarah is currently the Head of Customer Service for Orangebox, a successful Welsh business that designs and manufactures innovative furniture on a global scale.
She is responsible for leading the international customer operations team, improving the service experience, implementing a new CRM system globally and supporting the deployment and localisation of the Orangebox product range in the USA. Prior to this, Sarah held a number of senior roles, including General Manager of service at Vodafone New Zealand, CEO of Les Mills Clothing & Merchandising and Chief Customer Operations Officer at 2 Degrees mobile. More recently Sarah was the Customer Service Centre Head for Tesco, where she led a team of 1000+ people to deliver service support across all areas of their business.
Sarah has a strong track record in developing people, enhancing digital capability and delivering transformational change. She also has experience of operating in a non-executive capacity, having served as a Board Member for Telecommunication Dispute Resolution New Zealand.
