Due to forecasted severe weather between Carmarthen (CMN) and Pembroke Dock (PMD):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Carmarthen (CMN) and Pembroke Dock (PMD).
We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected from 05:30 until the end of the day.
What's Happened?
Due to a forecasted severe weather, no trains will be running between Carmarthen and Pembroke Dock.

The following rail replacement services have been organised to help you complete your journey, at no extra cost. Rail replacement
Carmarthen to Pembroke dock services will depart at - 05:30 (Taf Valley), 06:51 (Glyns), 08:50 (Davies), 10:54 (Star Coaches & Cymru Coaches), 12:51 (Taf Valley & Cymru Coaches), 14:52 (Glyns & Cymru Coaches), 16:54 (Davies), 18:56 (Star Coaches & Cymru Coaches) and 20:56 (Taf Valley & Cymru Coaches).
Pembroke Dock to Carmarthen services will depart at - 07:05 (Star Coaches & Cymru Coaches), 09:00 (Taf Valley & Cymru Coaches), 11:02 (Glyns & Cymru Coaches), 13:00 (Davies), 15:00 (Star Coaches & Cymru Coaches), 17:05 (Taf Valley & Cymru Coaches), 19:05 (Glyns & Cymru Coaches), 21:07 (Davies) and 23:23 (Star Coaches).
These arrangements are in place until the end of the day.
Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.

Pay as you go customers
If all or part of your journey requires a rail replacement bus, please tap in at your origin station and tap out at your destination. If you need to tap out at a gateline after travelling on a rail replacement bus, our station colleagues can assist. You can also add any missing taps using our app or website.
Pay as you go is only valid on Transport for Wales and CrossCountry services, even where we state you can use your original ticket at no extra cost with other train operators or local bus operators. If you travel with another operator or on a local bus service, you must first tap out at the same station within one hour of tapping in and buy an alternative ticket before boarding.
If you wish to abandon your journey, please tap out at the same station within one hour of tapping in.

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Chester (CTR) and Holyhead (HHD).
We expect the incident to last until 18:35 and disruption to services is expected from 05:55 until 20:20.
Due to multiple cancellations throughout the day, customers travelling between Chester and Holyhead are advised to travel on our next available rail service.

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Shrewsbury (SHR) and Aberystwyth (AYW).
We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected from 05:30 until the end of the day.
Alternative Travel Options:
Due to multiple cancellations throughout the day, customers travelling between Shrewsbury and Aberystwyth are advised to travel on our next available rail service.
However, for customers intending to travel on our 22:27 Aberystwyth to Machynlleth rail service, we have organised a bus to run between Aberystwyth and Machynlleth to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. This will arrive at Aberystwyth at approximately 22:27 provided by Lloyds.
These arrangements are in place on this service only.
