Due to a fault with the signalling system between Rhoose Cardiff Int Airport (RIA) and Bridgend (BGN):
Services will be cancelled in both directions between Rhoose Cardiff Int Airport (RIA) and Bridgend (BGN).
We expect the incident to last until 16:30 and disruption to services is expected until 18:30.
We have been made aware of a signalling problem between Rhoose and Bridgend.
As a result, train services will not be able to run through the area until the signalling system is working normally.
Our colleagues at Network Rail Infrastructure are aware of the problem and technicians are currently en route to the affected area/signalling.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure technicians.
