Services may be cancelled in both directions between Cardiff Queen Street (CDQ) and Cardiff Bay (CDB).
We expect the incident to last until 18:00 and disruption to services is expected until 20:00.
What's Happened?
One of our trains has experienced a technical fault between Cardiff Queen Street and Cardiff Bay meaning services in the area are subject to disruption and may/will be cancelled/delayed or revised.
Our maintenance team are currently in contact with train crew working to rectify the problem.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from our maintenance team.

We have been made aware of a track defect at Welshpool.
For safety, train services will be running more slowly than normal through the area, with residual delays of around 30 minutes to be expected.
Our colleagues at Network Rail are aware of the problem and Technicians are currently en route to the affected area of track.
