Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Newport (South Wales) (NWP) and Ebbw Vale Town (EBB):

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Newport (South Wales) (NWP) and Ebbw Vale Town (EBB).

We expect the incident to last until 23:59 on 01/07/2026 and disruption to services is expected from 05:00 on 29/06/2026 until 23:59 on 01/07/2026.

What's Happened?

Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time, services between Newport and Ebbw Vale Town will be cancelled. We expect the incident to last until the end of the day.

Please note that services between Ebbw Vale Town and Maesteg are not affected.
