Due to a fault with the signalling system between Bargoed (BGD) and Ystrad Mynach (YSM):
Services will be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Rhymney (RHY) and Ystrad Mynach (YSM).
We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected until the end of the day.
We have been made aware of a signalling problem between Bargoed and Ystrad Mynach.
For safety, train services will be running more slowly than normal through the area, with residual delays of around 10 minutes to be expected.
Our colleagues at Amey Infrastructure are aware of the problem.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure technicians.
