What's Happened?
We have been made aware of a vehicle hitting a rail bridge in the Hawarden area. For safety, train services will not be able to run through the area until it has been fixed.
Our colleagues at Network Rail are aware of the problem and technicians are currently on their way to the affected bridge to inspect it and check if it is safe to run trains.
We will publish more information here, once we have received an update from the infrastructure technicians.
Please check back shortly. We apologise for the disruption caused to your journey.
