Services may be delayed by up to 60 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Crewe (CRE) and Shrewsbury (SHR).
We expect the incident to last until 17:00 and disruption to services is expected from 14:40 until 19:00.

We expect the incident to be cleared by 17:00. Train services may be disrupted until 19:00.
Alternative Travel Options:
We have organised buses to run between Crewe and Shrewsbury to assist customers in completing their journeys, where possible, at no extra cost. These will arrive at the below times and locations:
- 15:45 and 17:30 at Crewe calling at all stops to Shrewsbury, provided by Northwich
- 16:35 at Shrewsbury calling at all stops to Crewe, provided by Keanes
These arrangements are in place on services until further notice
Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.
